Cappello’s Gluten Free Pizza Review

First of all, I would like to say this Cappello’s Gluten Free Pizza Review is not a sponsored review. This blog post consists of my sincere and honest experience with their product.

A little background about me; my name is Amanda Moss and I was diagnosed with Celiac in 2003. I have been on a journey since to find great tasting gluten free foods. I have to say, it has been a lot of ooh gross and ooh wow is that really gluten free moments.

What do I think about Cappello’s Gluten Free Frozen Pizza?

This is by far, one of the best gluten free pizzas I have tried so far. And I have tried a LOT. I am always on a quest for the pizza that lives up to the pizza I remember before I was diagnosed with Celiac. In my opinion, Capello’s pizza is worth every penny at the $11.99 price.

The crust cooks an even brown top and bottom and there is no gooeyness on the inside. Many of the gluten free pizza crusts remain gooey on the inside and never brown on the bottom.

The sauce is very flavorful and has an authentic Italian flavor that you would expect with any pizza. This pizza actually tastes better than mellow mushroom, which cost $20 for their gluten free pizza.

They have several topping options, however, I prefer to buy the cheese pizza and top frozen pizzas with my own favorite toppings.
